Property Tax Credit Relief

Up until February 28th, 2023, the ANCHOR program helped New Jersey residents secure property tax relief. Governor Murphy has promised to renew this program for the next year (2024).

Homeowners who made up to $250,000 in gross income in 2019 are eligible.
Renters who made up to $150,000 in gross income in 2019 are eligible.
